Throughout the website, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to VIDALOLA.

By using this website, you indicate that you have read and understood the Terms of Use and that you agree to abide by them at all times.

You should carefully read these terms before using the website and before placing an order.

Step 1:
Fill up the ‘work with me’ form.
We get back to you within 3-5 business days with a sketch of your products if more details are needed on your project.

Step 2:
Confirmation of the sketch with you and send you a quote.
Please note that it is very important that you review every details of the sketch and that you ask any questions that may cross your mind before we start working on the project. Any modification of the sketch after it’s validation may be up to extra fees.
Once the project is validated, you will receive an invoice. Kindly note that we start to work on your project only once the deposit is received.
The deposit includes the amount of fabric and accessories as well as 50% of the final price. All the fees will be detailed in the invoice.

Step 3:
If you’re based in Montreal, we can schedule a fitting session.

Step 4:
We ship your package and send you the shipping confirmation with the tracking number.
Due to the individual nature of our services, we do not offer returns or exchanges.

We do not refund any amount paid in the event that you wish to cancel your order for any reason.

Please allow us 3 to 4 weeks from the day your order is placed.

Depending on your project’s complexity, this timeframe could be longer.

Vidalola commits to always communicate with you if your project could take more time due to fabrics availability or any other circumstance that is outside of our control.

VIDALOLA reserves the right to modify at any time without notice these terms and conditions of use.
